I’m so grateful for you being a part of my Inner Power Circle! As the great scientist Albert Einstein once said… “There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though EVERYTHING is a miracle.”
This is the time to be thankful and embrace gratitude. But you may not feel that way. You may feel unsure and unsafe due to the pandemic, the unrest, and uncertainty. These feelings are very natural.
You’ve been forced to work at home, limit social gatherings, be the teacher, safeguard your children 24/7 or not see your grandchildren, and so much more. Remember these unsafe feelings are natural. Hold your feelings with deep compassion and reach out for help, if needed. That’s why stress relief and creating a bubble of calm is so important, especially during COVID.
My family has faced health challenges, as well, requiring different hospitalizations. Believe me, it has challenged my faith at times. But through it all, my family has grown closer and that has been a blessing in the storm. That’s why it’s important to remember gratitude when times are tough.
