In this time of turmoil and discontent, it is easy to get into fear-based thinking. We may overreact to all the bad news. When we are in a state of fear, we have a hard time sleeping. We become more vulnerable to stressors and feelings of anger and depression. Sometimes we take these feelings out on the people closest to us, which makes us feel guilty. This starts a cycle of panic, then anxiety and round we go on an emotional roller coaster–all fueled by fear.
We can choose to see ourselves as victims of this pandemic or as powerful creators. We can see our world as total chaos, or our community rising above challenge. That is where I am choosing put my focus–acting as a powerful force to move us towards health and wellbeing.
One way to break this cycle of fear-based thinking is by working with a coach who can help support you to be your best. Sometimes having someone who sees you in your highest vision and holds you accountable can be empowering. I just spoke with a former client the other day and she mentioned how much using my coaching tools and guided imagery have helped her through the pandemic and a painful divorce.

“Highly Recommend. I did a coaching program with Vicki, and all I can say is WOW. My guided meditations helped me explore the inner depths of my soul and consciousness. I was able to satisfy my reason for taking the program – a better connection to spirit. Thank you, Vicki, for sharing your gift with me.” — Anita L.
“What I like best about working with Vicki is that I see results. I am addressed in a very compassionate and gentle way when I work with her. I can count on having something I can leave a session with and continue to use in between our sessions and there’s a flexibility there to try new things. –Pam
